Marc Armstrong has spent over 15 years delivering software and technology solutions across New Zealand's most demanding industries — financial services, insurance, telecommunications, government, and healthcare. He's been in the engine room: building integrations, leading teams, architecting systems, and navigating the political realities of large-scale technology change.

Instilligent was founded on a simple observation: regulated industries are uniquely underserved by both AI consulting and AI software. The complexity of compliance, the risk of getting it wrong, and the slow pace of incumbent vendors creates a real opportunity for someone who understands the domain deeply and can build production AI systems at the same time.

Building on Anthropic's Claude models, Marc works directly with frontier AI to deliver products and consulting solutions that create genuine value — not demos, not experiments, but production systems that organisations rely on every day.
